I had a fantastic stay at the newly opened hotel located near the metro. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Despite entering through Hotel Berger, it was not an inconvenience at all.

The hotel's location in a very busy neighborhood was perfect as it was in the center of the city and close to the main shopping streets. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was outstanding. Despite being affordable, the hotel didn't compromise on quality. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the basic amenities provided to the beautifully decorated rooms. I particularly loved the rooms with three beds, which were surprisingly spacious and incredibly comfortable. The big windows offered a nice view, with some overlooking the hidden inner garden, adding a touch of tranquility to the stay. Additionally, the breakfast served in the hotel was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Quirky and unique rooms with design features. Convenient location, close to shops and transport. Enjoyed the gorgeous gardens and flowers.
Lack of welcoming from one staff member and no birthday surprise as promised. Paid for a garden view but got a family room instead.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from the bustling Grand Place. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for exploring and dining. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and a splendid view of the garden. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
The noise level can be a bit bothersome in the morning.
